How do I reach your customer service department?

How much does it cost the department to do the Heritage Album Program?

There is no cost to the department nor any minimum sales requirements for agencies containing more than 150 members. We do have programs available for smaller agencies with minimal cost involved to the agency. Our Marketing Representative can explain and give details about these programs.

How much do your products cost?

We have different pricing on our products that are determined by the style book your agency chooses to provide to it’s members. Most books range in the $55-$69 price range. You will be receiving a package list prior to the photo sessions that will have current pricing available. We have various packages to suit each member’s needs that are very affordably priced.

What happens during my Photo Session?

We would like you to take a minute to view the member info video for full details. 

Do I get to chose the pose for my Heritage Album?

Yes! You’ll have the opportunity to choose your pose with the salesperson who is working with you at your shoot. You will be photographed and then will immediately pick your pose! The type pose that will go in the album will be determined by your department head, but you will have many different images shot of this pose to insure you are happy with your facial expression on the one that will appear in the Album.

What should I bring to my Photo Session?

Bring the complete uniform that your department head has chosen to represent in the Heritage Album. In addition to that, bring any additional uniform that you work in. For example, turnout gear, swat uniform, etc. Feel free to bring your family as well if your department approves.

How and when do I pay for any orders?

Immediately after your photo session you will have the opportunity to view all your images and place any orders for photos or your Heritage Album at that time. We accept cash, check, or all major credit and debit cards for payment. Purchases made during the photo sessions will be at discounted rates compared to pricing after the event.

When do I receive my orders?

Any photo orders will be delivered to the address you provided us in 4-6 weeks after completion of your photo shoot. Heritage Albums will be produced and delivered to your agency for distribution. Typical turn around times on Album delivery average between 6-9 months depending on when your department submits all the content to be placed in your Album.
