GROUPS & TEAMS

In addition to photographing your members, our professional photographers will also be available to photograph groups and teams while on location. These usually are scheduled at the primary location of your event and can include vehicles and equipment if desired. If you are thinking of including this in your event, please try to block off enough time to allow the photographing of the group in your schedule.

For a rule of thumb, if it’s a small group of no more than 5 members these groups can usually be shot on the normal background we use and should only take about 10 minutes at the most. Larger groups will have to be photographed outside in front of the building and probably should have at least 15-20 minutes blocked off on the schedules. Really large groups that you may want to photograph off site should allow 30 minutes and enough travel time to and from the photography location.

As a note, many agencies find it extremely difficult to assemble an entire group on the few days we are there. In the event it’s not convenient to assemble a group while we are there, these groups can be photographed with any digital point and click camera when it’s convenient for the group to be assembled. These photos can be submitted to us with your additional miscellaneous content and they will appear just fine in your Album.
